Building no. 312 - Media Preparation - An Existing Object
The existing object No. 312 was built at the end of the 1960s as a steel skeleton with a modular length of 7 x 6.0 m = 42.0 m and a modular width of 3 x 6 m = 18 m,
Individual platforms at +4,20 m, +8,40 m, +13,35 m and +16,95 m are overlaid with scribed sheets. The roof is at +21.9 m.
The purpose of the reconstruction in question is to change the purpose of the affected areas, to interfere with the main supporting structures and also with the external appearance of the building.
The new layout and building design of the premises concerned is designed to build new production facilities:
• Establishment of clean rooms in the E-F cleanness class without the risk of explosion at + 4.20m level: Material Release, Personal Release, WC, Production Area, Refrigerated Warehouse, Laboratory, Warehouse, Control Room and Control Room (hereinafter referred to as the "Inline")
• creation of explosion-free spaces at the level of + 8,40m: HVAC engine room, corridor and production area.

Building no. 314 - Production of media II - existing object
The existing building No. 314 was built in 1967. It is a one-storey building with the dimensions: 12.6 0m x 12.90m, height 5.65m above the surrounding terrain. The floor of the building is embedded under 3820 mm terrain at a level of -4.20 m. The supporting system of the object is formed by the walls of the peripheral casing, on which the RBB roof saddles are mounted. In the basement are reinforced concrete. The roof is a saddle with a small slope, waterproofing is made of asphalt board. The supporting element of the roof is the type of thin-walled panels deposited on the roof beams. Disposable object is not divided into room. The object is accessible from the basement of the neighboring warehouse no. 312 and the exterior entrance through the steel stair to -4.20 m. Entrance to the building is from the northwest with a single-wing door 900x1970 mm and from the southwest with two-wing doors 3650 / 3650mm (for assembly purposes) that are used for handling. The floor of the building is treated with a chemically resistant finish. Functionally, an object is designed to fit four tanks. At present, there are three tanks in the facility.
The structure does not interfere with the external appearance and main supporting structures and does not change the purpose of the use of the building.
Within the framework of the building in question, 314 made an emergency tank to catch any escape of dangerous substances from storage tanks. In the space will be solved new floor falling into the collection shaft. A reinforced concrete wall will be solved around the perimeter of the room, a new base for a 100m³ tank, the tank will not be the subject of this project. At the entry point from the basement, a staircase will be constructed. A new hoist gear will be made for pump handling. The steel staircase will be adapted and will respect the proposed condition. New concrete foundations will be made for the placement of new and original pumps.
Roofs will be designed to fit a 1700kg condensing unit.
